Acceptance & Commitment Therapy for ADHD
ACT-Based ADHD Coaching & Support
Support for Navigating Moments of Choice
Many people with ADHD know what they want to do but struggle in the moment when it’s time to act.
Distraction, overwhelm, and procrastination can make it difficult to follow through.
This coaching service helps you recognise and respond differently in those moments of choice — the small decisions throughout the day that shape your direction.
My approach combines ADHD coaching, practical accountability, and principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build skills that support meaningful action.
How This Approach Helps
ACT focuses on developing psychological flexibility — the ability to move toward what matters even when things feel difficult.
Together we work on:
• noticing thoughts without getting stuck in them
• making space for difficult emotions
• reconnecting with your values and priorities
• taking small, consistent actions
• building systems that support follow-through
The goal is not perfect productivity, but learning how to choose actions that move your life in a direction that matters to you.
